- Or sign in with the email you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code — no password needed.
- Can’t find it? Send us your order number below and we’ll reply with an update.
Common questions
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed as soon as possible. You get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
My tracking hasn't updated
Tracking can pause for a day or two while a parcel moves between carriers or through customs. If nothing changes for 5 days, send us your order number.
I didn't get a confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Message us with the email you used at checkout.
